This service provides intensive casework, assistance and support on general settlement issues for Non English Speaking people. It also services migrants, refugees and humanitarian entrants and people from linguistic and cultural backgrounds not assisted by the bilingual workers housed at Liverpool MRC.

The NESB Generalist Caseworker provides services on settlement issues such as income support, housing advice, education and employment. Referral assistance to appropriate government and non-government organisations, provision of information to clients and advocacy on clients behalf in relation to clients settlement needs.
